Welcome to Pikartz

Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they contain the legal terms and conditions that you agree to when you use the service provided by Pikartz.

By submitting images to Pikartz, Client owns or claims to own the Copyright for all images. If the client is not the Copyright owner, it is the client's responsibility to obtain the proper permission before submitting images to Pikartz. Pikartz holds no responsibility for copyright infringement issues.

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, there are no refunds or returns. If you are unsure of our products or services, please contact us prior to placing any order.

Pikartz is not liable for any albums or physical products derived from our services or products. Once the client has received design or image files from us, it is the client's responsibility to perform a final check on spelling, dates, alignments, colors, strokes and other related issues which might not be easily visible via online proofs. Our limit of liability cannot exceed the cost of our services or products provided.

Once Pikartz has delivered files to the client, the storage of those files are no longer the responsibility of Pikartz. The client should not send original copies of files to Pikartz, as we are not responsible if files or media are damaged during FTP transfer, storage, or handling.

If our design or image service is not approved within 6 months of submission, Pikartz reserves the right to close out the project and to charge any remaining fee.

A "revision" is considered a request for alteration of an existing design with specific instructions for placing, replacing, resizing, or altering specific images on specific pages. If your album design holds an unlimited revisions policy, then you may request as many specific revisions as needed. The following does *not* constitute a revision: complete re-design of the majority of pages in an album, vague (non-specific) requests to alter the design, re-submission of new images which require a re-design of the majority of pages. Pikartz reserves the right to refund your design fee if we feel that we are unable to accomodate the revision requests for your album. In such scenarios, your total payment will be refunded and we will not release the design files to you.

By submitting your email address to Pikartz, you agree to receive periodic email updates from us. We do not sell your email address to anyone. You have the right to opt out at any time.

Offers and Discounts: Pikartz reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the offers, discount coupons at any time, without notice, for any reason, in its sole discretion

This Agreement commences when you sign up to access the Service. We reserve the right to disable any user account, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason.
